Kaizen One is a mobile application developed by Celestial Bear that allows users to record habits and activities, track their daily progress, review statistics, and monitor their personal development over time.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kaizen One, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application.
Kaizen One allows users to create and manage habits and activities, record progress, review historical information, and view statistics based on the information entered by the user.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action where permitted by applicable law.
Celestial Bear grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Kaizen One for personal and lawful purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
Kaizen One allows users to export their application data to create a backup and later import that backup into the application.
Exported backup files are controlled by the user. Users are responsible for storing these files securely and for maintaining copies of any information they wish to preserve.
Celestial Bear does not operate a cloud backup service for Kaizen One unless explicitly stated in a future version of the application.
Celestial Bear is not responsible for the loss, corruption, deletion, or unauthorized access of backup files stored by the user on their device or through third-party storage services.
Celestial Bear may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Kaizen One at any time.

Users are encouraged to maintain their own backup copies of important information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Bear shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use Kaizen One, including loss of locally stored data or backup files.
Kaizen One does not require user registration and does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information through an account system.
Information entered by the user, such as habits, activities, progress records, dates, categories, and related information, is primarily stored locally on the user's Android device.
The application does not intentionally transmit this user-created information to servers operated by Celestial Bear.
Kaizen One stores application data locally on the user's device in order to provide its core functionality.

This information is used to provide the features of the application, including progress tracking and statistics.
Kaizen One provides functionality to export application data as a backup file and to import previously exported backup files.
When a user exports a backup, the resulting file is stored in a location selected or managed by the user through the Android system and available storage mechanisms.
When a user imports a backup, the application reads the selected file in order to restore the supported application data.
Celestial Bear does not receive or store these backup files on its own servers as part of the application's normal operation.
Users are responsible for the security and handling of exported backup files, including files shared through third-party storage, messaging, or file-sharing services.
Kaizen One may calculate statistics and progress information using data stored within the application.
These calculations are performed to provide users with information about their recorded habits and activities.
Statistical information generated by the application is not intentionally transmitted to Celestial Bear's servers.
Kaizen One uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements.
AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google. Depending on applicable settings, consent, region, and advertising configuration, AdMob may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, application usage information, and other information necessary to provide, measure, or personalize advertisements.
Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the user's applicable privacy choices, device settings, and regulatory requirements.
Kaizen One does not intentionally send the user's habit records, progress records, or statistical information to AdMob for advertising purposes.

Google AdMob may use the Android Advertising ID or other permitted identifiers for advertising-related purposes.
Users may be able to reset or limit the use of advertising identifiers through the privacy and advertising settings available on their Android device.

Because Kaizen One primarily stores user-created information locally on the Android device, the security of that information is also dependent on the security of the user's device.
Users should use appropriate device security measures, such as a screen lock, and should protect exported backup files from unauthorized access.
Kaizen One is not specifically directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or registration system.
Advertising services used by the application may apply their own policies and restrictions regarding children and age-appropriate advertising.
Since Kaizen One primarily stores user-created data locally, users can delete application data using the available Android application management options or by deleting individual records through the application, where such functionality is provided.
Users should be aware that deleting application data may permanently remove locally stored information that has not been backed up.
Exported backup files are independent files and must be deleted separately by the user if they are no longer wanted.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Kaizen One, its features, applicable laws, or third-party services.

Celestial Bear reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to Kaizen One if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
